Wood Carving Tools – Warranty & Usage Policy

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that every tool is tested and passes strict quality control.

Each tool comes professionally sharpened – razor‑sharp and ready to use right out of the box.
Sturdy construction: the blade is securely glued and firmly attached to the handle.
When used properly (only for wood carving), our tools will not break.

The following cases are not covered:

Normal wear and tear – You are responsible for maintaining sharpness. Loss of sharpness during use is not grounds for repair or replacement.
Misuse or abuse – These tools are designed for hand carving only.
Lack of maintenance or cleaning – Defects from improper storage are not covered.
Self‑repair, modifications, disassembly, or other human damage – Any alterations or damage caused by the user.
Lost tools – Including loss due to theft, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Always be extremely careful when unpacking, using, or sharpening our tools.
Not weapons – Tools are not designed as weapons and should never be used as such.
User responsibility – Injuries from careless use or improper maintenance are a risk that customers accept.
Safety first – Never forget safety precautions. Follow correct procedures when using wood carving tools.
Children – Children should not use tools without adult supervision.

Coating wear – Blade and handle coatings may wear down over time. This is normal, not a defect.
Corrosion or rust – Caused by improper care or storing the tool in a damp environment.
Lost or stolen tools – Including loss from natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
Damage from misuse – Scratches, chips, or other mechanical damage.
Normal edge wear – This is part of regular knife use.
User modifications – Any changes or alterations made by the user.

Knives are not designed to be used as hammers, chisels, crowbars, or screwdrivers.
Misuse will void the warranty.
