US Shipping Update (Aug 29, 2025): The $800 de minimis exemption has ended.

For customers in other countries:
Depending on the laws of your country, you may be required to pay taxes or customs duties upon receipt of your package.
Standard Shipping
The average delivery time is 11 to 45 days from the moment we process your order.
We carefully process and ship each order to ensure your tools arrive safely and in good condition.
Priority Shipping
You also have the option to receive your tools even faster with our Priority Shipping (at a slightly higher cost).

Defective or Lost Orders

If you believe your order is defective – You can always ask us to send a replacement. Send your request within 2 months of receiving your product, and we will send it for free.

If you haven’t received your order – Send us a request, and we will check the tracking. If the package was lost at the post office, we will offer a full refund or send a new one.
